i mean a powder blush into a cream blush?

Put the powder blush into a baggie or resealable bag, then crush it into a fine powder with your fingers or a heavy book. If the blush is already a fine powder, there's no need. Mix it with a really light, colourless cream or lotion; if you've got oily skin or don't want to use cream, mix it with water until you've reached a creamy consistency.
