are there any ways to make my skin look fresh all day longg? any tips? xHow to make your makeup last longer? for foundation/blusher?
Spray paintHow to make your makeup last longer? for foundation/blusher?
Hiya,
You can buy fixer sprays, they keep all of your make up on all day but are especially made for foundation and blusher. If you dont want to spend money then a bit of hairspray on your face works just as well but it might make you get spots...
Use a face primer under your makeup (i like bare escentuals prime time) and use translucent powder over it to ';seal'; it in. You may also need to swtich to a higher quality brand, they tend to be more pigmented.
buy an expensive brand at a department store instead of mayballine revlon etc, the department store brands may cost more but they really do last longer

http://www.thelounge.com.au/images/issue鈥?/a>
thats nice shes wearing very minimal very light pink blusherWhats the best concealer and colour of blusher?
If you put it in your handbag that will conceal it from everybody!
concealer - BareMinerals
check color - Benefit's Dallas
it really depends on your skin tone, you could go into Boots and ask at the counter, they often will do tests for you. Avon is also good as they do recommendations based on skin tone and colour.
Laura Mercier - best concealer
Mac 'Foolish Me' - best blusher
All skin colourings.
Try puritycosmetics,co,uk. It is made from natural ingredients and makes your skin look great!
It all depends on your skin tone. but personally the best concealer i have evr found comes with sheercover i love their foundation and their concealer covers absolutley evreything! as for blush, in the colder months i like a pink blush try covergirl.

What colour blusher makes you look older ?
im going drinking in birkenhead with older girls but i am only 16 i was just wonderin what woud make me look olderWhat colour blusher makes you look older ?
TannishWhat colour blusher makes you look older ?
to look older???? hm.. red.
blusher wont help, go for smoky eyes nude lips and a subtle pink blush, sexy and understated, also heels!
That would all depend on your skintone. It really isn't so much colors of the make up you wear that will make you look older, it is the way you apply it.
honestly you shouldn't be going drinking with your friends trying to act older.
but i would go with anything darker, light pinks make you look young. don't try to dress TOO sexy or people are going to know your trying too hard, be classy, older girls are USUALLY classy more than trashy.
goodluck!

What blusher is good for sensitive skin which is acneprone....?
i want to go to body shop do they have a good one...What blusher is good for sensitive skin which is acneprone....?
They have.
http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/_en/_gb/cat鈥?/a>What blusher is good for sensitive skin which is acneprone....?
Get a MINERAL blusher - any brand, but make sure it's more than 95% minerals. 100% if you can get it. Mineral make up has only really just gone mainstream but has long been used in the beauty industry because of how kind it is to skin.
try a bare minerals blush... or any powdered mineral blush. Just make sure that you clean the brush that you use at least once a week to keep off bacteria. You can buy a spray that cleans your brushes at sephora.com for a pretty reasonable price.
Clinique products are very good for sensitive skin

Could I wear a soft tulle birdcage blusher with a cathedral veil for my wedding?
Do they work together or too much? I love the look of both and will eventually take off the long veil at the reception. Could I wear the long veil with the blusher in the picture?Could I wear a soft tulle birdcage blusher with a cathedral veil for my wedding?
Honestly, they really will not work together. I love them both as well to be honest.
Here's what I am doing, in case it helps you decide:
1) cathedral veil with traditional blusher (one piece, blusher lifted over head for kiss, etc) during the ceremony and the pictures.
2) birdcage veil for the reception since you cannot wear a cathedral veil while dancing anyway, it'll be a fu change and in the ';party'; photos.
Good luck with the wedding!Could I wear a soft tulle birdcage blusher with a cathedral veil for my wedding?
I think it would be too much.... and unless you're having them custom made it's possible they won't match well together (different materials, colors, etc.)
That doesn't mean you can't do both, just do them at different times. Use the cathedral veil for the ceremony and the birdcage veil for cocktail hour/dinner/even dancing if you want to keep it on.
No, sorry but the birdcage blusher would not work with the cathedral veil...you'd look like you couldn't decide, chose both and it'd just be too much! Either have a 2 tier cathedral OR the birdcage...though birdcage's really only work with a vintage theme/dress.
i dont think it's too much, if you like it, go for it.
You only get one wedding.

I have OILY skin is it good to use creamy blusher or powder?
which one would last long?I have OILY skin is it good to use creamy blusher or powder?
I'm not sure if this works, but you can try:
My friend has oily skin so what she does (or, so she told me)
is that she puts some baby powder on her face and that keeps it from being shiny; i guess it kind of soaks up the oil?
Doesn't hurt to try.
But uh, on your question, i think powder would be better.I have OILY skin is it good to use creamy blusher or powder?
Always use a powder blusher if you have oily skin! It helps to absorb oil on the skin, and will last much longer. Creme blush will make your skin oiler, and could clog your pores, even if it says it's oil free. Spend a little more money on the blush too, especially if your skin is oiler; the blush will have a higher concentration of pigment and the color will stay truer (not turn orangey) and will hold its integrity longer. Also, consider using a makeup primer first on your skin; not a foundation, especially in the summer months, such as smashbox's antishine. Good luck!
you can use both at the same time, creamy first. but the powder is better cuz it soaks up the excess oils on your face. and keeps the shine down.
Do not use creamy products because they melt on you. My skin is very oily and I have the same problem with creamy products. If you are looking for foundation, use Reflection by Origins. If you are looking for blush, look into Origins powder blushes. These are great products for very oily skins-
I also have oily skin. I use powder blush because not only does it reinforce my foundation, but it also doesn't melt off like cream blush does. You might want to use a face primer (over your moisturizer, but under your foundation). Primer really helps my makeup stay on at least 4 hours longer than usual. You can go to http://www.sephora.com they offer a wide variety of foundation primers. Or you can get an all in one primer and foundation like: Maybelline Superstay Silky Foundation. Good luck!!
Powder definately!! It soaks up the oil and stays on much longer and doesnt clog pores as much as the cream does. The cream blush is for people with dehydrated skin
definately powder...it'll make your face more dry...and look better....but creamy blusher lasts longer...good luck : )
since ur skin is oily, use powder blusher. this will absorb the exess oil making ur cheeks look natural and less oily. this should b the case with eye-shadow as well. but for foundation u can use liquid oil-free types if u dont like powder foundation like me.
first, start with a product that reduces the natural oils in your face. i prefer smashbox's anti shine serum
http://www.smashbox.com/index.cfm/fuseac鈥?/a>
use an astringent as well that also reduces oils and tones skine. but, i would use a powder blush. creams tend to be acne prone
I have super oily skin as well. As much as I want to wear cream blush, I hear that it comes off easily on oily skin. I would get a good quality powder blush.

What bronze, blusher and highlighter works?
Hi, im rubbish at knowing where to apply make up for my face shape and also what colours and tones would suit me. Its for contouring my face, creating cheekbones etc. This is a pic of me:
http://i625.photobucket.com/albums/tt331鈥?/a>
And good product recommendations are welcome! What bronze, blusher and highlighter works?
Hi there girlie!
I'm a makeup artist and I used to work with MAC. For now, I'm an independent Makeup Artist.
I must say that you are absolutely gorgeous! You have the perfect shape for contouring cheeks, nose, forehead! :o)
Well, it depends on how much money you are willing to spend for a contouring bronzer/blush.
Since you already have high cheekbones, contouring will not be a problem for you!
I recommend you try out MAC's bronzing powder. It does nothing but contour and keep your cheeks looking radiant and glowing.
Or try out Mineralize SkinFinish Natural powder.
If you would like to buy one at a drugstore, you can opt for a blush that has a bit of a light brown and pink undertone to it. There are many to choose from, so choose whichever you feel is beautiful!
The way contouring works is to create higher cheeks and sculpted features. This enhances your natural features a bit more.
for contouring your cheeks take your index finger and place it on your cheek. Now, slide it up to your hairline. This will be your guide on where to place the brush and blend. Dab your brush in the product and gently sweep from cheek to hairline. Blend this well, for a flawless perfect finish.
As for highlighting, try to see if you can get a pearly undertoned highlighter, like a shimmery peach or pink. I always recommend Physician's Formula ';Vegas Strip'; - it's a custom bronzer/highlighter/eyeshadow in one. It's perfect, esp. for this summer. It will also definitely compliment your hair!
Apply highlighter on the bridge of your nose, above your cheeks, and forehead. Blend this well.
hope this helps hun! good luck! I'm sure you'll look wonderful! What bronze, blusher and highlighter works?
