Best colour blushers on black girls?

I am a black girl and I am looking for a nice blusher I usually use MAC ambering rose - which looks good however I want a different colour - I am not dark skinned I am fairly light skinned not mix raced looking but I am light any suggestionsBest colour blushers on black girls?
first consider your skin type:

oily skin = powder blush

dry = cream blush

normal or combination = either

in my experience (make-up artist), pinkish browns work best on black girls. i love mac blushcreme. (it comes out a little more pinky than it looks in the packaging). it feels really soft and creamy and makes cheeks look flushed or brings can get them really rosey, depending on how much you apply. it blends really well and layers perfectly. it is also a bit shiny which i find to be most flattering.

cream is a little harder to apply the powder blush. i have found the best way to apply cream blush is to put a small amount of the product on your fingertips. lightly press your fingertips over the apples of your cheeks and cheekbones, blending the blush very carefully until it's completely absorbed into the skin. a second application may be necessary. then tissue off any excess blush left on your fingers.

great tips are:

* choose a shade that is similar in colour to your natural blushing hue.

* it's better to build up blush colour little by little than to try to correct an overload.

* if you apply too much and dont have time to remove it and start again, try blending a bit of powder over the area tones things down.

if you find you prefer powder, a great one is clinique soft-pressed powder blusher. it is really warm and natural-looking and suits all shades of skin but especially olive. i would reccomend it in the shade pink blush as i found thats what suits me best too. great tips for powder blush are to select a color of blush that resembles the natural glow of your cheeks after you exercise. consider having a lighter color for day, and a darker tone for a more dramatic evening look. remember to keep your blush in the same colour family as your lipstick.

use a full, round brush for the application of your powder blush, as it will make for a softer and more professional look than the brush that comes with the blush. this should not be the same brush you use to apply your loose powder. place a small amount of blush on the brush and gently tap off any excess. or, place a small amount of cream on your middle finger. look in the mirror and smile. place powder blush on the apple of your cheek and gently brush up your cheekbone toward your hairline. dot cream blush beginning at the apple, and gently blend up the cheekbone toward the hairline. focus your blush at the outside of your face near your hairline if you have a fuller face. for high cheekbones, concentrate blush in the center of your face to accentuate your bones. then blend a little blush down your cheek for a little more natural, less dramatic look.

hope this helps

depending on the colour on your eyeshadow, pink or gold.

eyes: purple, pink, silver, white - use pink blusher

eyes: green, gold, peach/orange, - use gold blusher.

experiment at home to get different looks.
As a makeup artist, really bright colors that may look scary in the package are great. They go on soft and pretty on dark skin and add a glow. Be sure to stay away from too much glitter and sparkle.
i am indian/asian and i love my MAC Deset Rose and Margin. I use Desert Rose everyday and then Margin on top of it or built up alone for evenings. they look good
