How do I apply cream blusher? I got some Ruby and Millie today and I dont know how to apply it?

Why did you get red??? Unless you use something to tone it down you will look like any clown. I use my lipstick as blush, this way I get the right color for the lipstick I am wearing. Just dab a few dots lightly starting half way under your eye (meaning directly down from your color part of your eye) going out to the outer edge of the eye. Rub it lightly in a circular motion to the hairline, if you don't have enough add a little more until you get the color desired. If you like add a little glitter gel for an evening out on the town.Have fun and God Bless, Velle T
