It might be possible if you were very allergic to an ingredient, maybe check the ingredient list if there is one. try a few different blushers out at department stores if you are worried, wear them for a day and see what happens.Can blushers ruin your skin?
If you've got sensitive skin, are allergic to some of its ingredients and don't cleanse properly, then yes
* All make up isn't good for your skin , thats why there is special wipes to remove it =p *
as long as you wash your face at night, it's ok :)
