Hello! I've had the best luck with the Neutrogena Healthy Skin Blends blush. It's so natural looking and works on just about every skin tone!
As for the glitter, Victoria's Secret has these amazing glitter brushes (they kind of look like oversized blush brushes) that add the right amount of glitter (so you dont look like some raver headed off into the night), and they look absolutely beautiful.. and they also come in different fragrance scents (not overpowering though)/colors which are awesome and will suit whatever you see fit!

I love Maybelline blush... it comes in two shades in the compact. One is for colour and another is shimmery for highlighting. I use Siamese Pink, it's very cute.
I use dandylion powder blush from benifit , also high beam shimmer from benifit, the shimmer goes on your cheek bones and beneath your eyebrow. Kylie Minogue uses them
