Before that I was clueless! The video is a bit longer but it's really helpful. She explains it very well.

Hope I helped (:How should you apply blusher?
well there are two ways you can go about it, and i would start by looking at your face shape. would you like to see your cheeks look a little more defined? if thats what you want, start at the middle of the apple, and pulling the brush back at an angle, go out towards the temple. this gives the illusion of a really defined cheekbone. if youre really thin and would like more 'volume' to the cheeks, then concentrate on the round part of the cheek (aka the apple). what i typically do because i dont have defined cheekbones, is put a little pink or peachy blush on the apples, then, underneath the cheekbone, apply bronzer or a darker powder on an angle and blend it out
firstly you have to pick the right colour - if your pale skinned then you should opt for a more pink peach tone, but if your darker skinned you should go for brown tones.

then get a blusher blush, get a decent about of blush on the brush, smile and dust the brush over the apples of your cheeks (which is why you are smiling - so you can clearly see the apples of your cheeks)

remember less is always more - so don't wear too much.

i hope this helped. (:
Get a blusher that matches your skin tone, get some on the brush blow of the excess and lightly apply it to the apples of your cheeks. Make sure you don't end up with dark pink streaks like some girls do!
with a blusher brush, in the middle of your cheeks, both sides then even out the color.
start at the apple of your cheeks , an swoop up and blend into your cheekbones up to your temples .

: )
